But, as you noted - this is a state of mind sport and eventually I'll shave time off my current 12 min/mile pace.

I am hoping this isn't too hilly. I run Crowders Mountain, NC about 3-4 times a week (18-24 miles/week) since March and it crushes me on the hills.

Should be nice up at Beech this weekend for the Xterra run and a break from the Charlotte heat.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7132779809569614324.post-62867398403980170862011-05-25T15:30:03.311-04:002011-05-25T15:30:03.311-04:00looks and sounds scenic and fresh...must have been...looks and sounds scenic and fresh...must have been a great springtime run :)About Murielhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17672198636363194893noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7132779809569614324.post-28457459676548264382011-05-24T18:05:16.848-04:002011-05-24T18:05:16.848-04:00Thanks so much for the support! If you ever get a chance, you should check out one of the town trail work days.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
